What you will do

• Build, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards that track revenue performance and key business metrics.
• Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to analyze and synthesize large, multi-source data sets.
• Compile comprehensive reporting for leadership business reviews across global programs.
• Translate complex data into concise, executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track pilot program performance, measure ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards for business performance reporting.
• 5–10 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• 5–10 years of experience in data mining, aggregation, and synthesizing large, multi-source data sets.
• Demonstrated program or project management experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking KPIs, measuring program performance, and analyzing ROI to inform business decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, or business performance functions.
• Background in cybersecurity, technology, enterprise software, or channel sales environments.
• Experience building automated reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing partner meeting or event coordination in a global environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.
