What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and define customer success plans.
• Partner with sales to expand within existing and new accounts via Falcon Flex adoption.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) for value realization and adoption.
• Drive strategic Falcon Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts.
• Sell to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep industry knowledge of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
• Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Experience with flexible licensing models.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be located in USA - MST/PST time zones.
• Up to 40% travel required.
