What you will do
- Proactively prospect and engage new Greenfield accounts using tools like Salesloft, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-quality lead generation and opportunity progression.
- Drive high levels of outreach activity (calls, emails, social selling) and manage account mapping for key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and marketing teams on targeted campaigns for key verticals.
- Leverage data and insights from tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and Clari to optimize prospecting and sales strategies.
- Develop strategic account penetration plans and act as a brand ambassador in industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with proven pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a relentless focus on sourcing and qualifying new leads in Greenfield environments.
- Experience using sales tools such as 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including BDRs, marketing, and solutions consultants.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and related sales methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions.
- Background in targeting and successfully penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
