TL;DR

Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving growth and building relationships in the Commercial segment by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions with an accent on owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Focus on maximizing territory performance, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention for cybersecurity products.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week out of our Austin office), covering territory in San Antonio and Houston, US.

Compensation: $150,000 OTE DOE

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and existing account growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends and competitor landscapes.
  • Explain how hirify.global products mitigate security challenges to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
  • One year of closing experience with a track record of strong performance.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong Discovery and value-selling skillset.
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity.
