Location: Based in Milan, Italy, with a flexible working environment (2 days home office per week + up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during the summer period and in December to work fully remotely).

What you will do
- Proactively prospect, identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities with restaurants.
- Acquire restaurants by phone, collecting information and discovering their needs.
- Explain the benefits of joining hirify.global network and using hirify.globalManager software.
- Work independently to meet individual sales quotas.
- Support the wider team to achieve overall country and regional quotas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a commercial, prospecting, and customer management in a B2B online environment.
- Italian native and fluent English required.
- Self-motivation, proactive attitude, sales drive, and results orientation.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Higher education in commerce, restaurant business, or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or ContactCenter programs.
