hirify.global is a fast-growing vacation rental technology company aiming to make booking and hosting holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy for 40k hosts and 4 million annual guests.

What you will do

  • Support Account Managers with new homeowners’ onboarding and with all of their post-booking related questions.
  • Support Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to our platform, from closing to onboarding.
  • Focus on special campaigns launched by hirify.global to increase customer performance.
  • Grow to be the responsible person for all accounts outside of our focus regions.

Requirements

  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathic personality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent work attitude and great time management.
  • Near native Italian skills (written and spoken).
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  • This is a 6-month limited role for career starters in Florence, Italy.
