What you will do
- Provide Customer Success Management by building strong relationships and delivering customer/business outcomes.
- Represent the company at local events, ensuring user satisfaction and follow-up for ROI.
- Leverage data and insights to intervene at critical moments and improve customer/business KPIs.
- Actively identify opportunities and present tailored solutions to drive value.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand, site, promos, and rewards, ensuring commercial and industry awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account/Relationship Manager, or Sales Manager.
- Demonstrated understanding of business and customer KPIs with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to lead, create momentum, and build internal/external relationships independently.
- Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.
- Interest and knowledge of crypto, with previous experience in crypto or gaming advantageous.
