What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain features within your squad’s systems under guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Python.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving quality and standards.
• Collaborate effectively within your squad and help identify risks.
• Take part in retrospectives and suggest improvements.
• Learn from senior engineers, take ownership of smaller tasks, and build confidence in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of commercial experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience coding in Python.
• Interest in both back-end and front-end development (full-stack).
• Understanding of building APIs, integrating services, and working with databases.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Proactive about learning and open to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in Node.js or another modern language.
