Location: You can work from home every Monday and Friday if you wish - on the other days you all come together IRL to be together, build and exchange ideas

What you will do

• Build internally facing web applications and robust automations for the Operations teams.
• Deploy a pipeline to summarise customer calls into concise notes using LLMs, automatically surfaced in ops admin panels.
• Contribute to the technical direction and shape the future of hirify.global's tools.
• Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deploy AI solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context, using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript and modern JS frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong engineering principles and practices, including design patterns, testing, and clean code.
• Previous experience working in a product-focused team.
• A desire to learn about and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs.

Nice to have

• Use AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or others in your day-to-day coding.
• Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Skill with CSS and exposure to Tailwind.
