Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Dialpad's web & desktop applications.
• Write clear architectural design documents.
• Provide estimates on technical resources and requirements.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Take on-call activities to support and resolve issues and deploy new releases weekly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with Python/TypeScript or other languages (Vue/React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud infrastructures (Google Cloud Platform a plus), databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with building reusable and modular frontend and backend components.
• Experience with mentoring junior engineers and highly agile development processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
