What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to develop cutting-edge software products and services.
- Coach and mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile methodologies.
- Participate in cross-functional problem-solving sessions to shape digital strategies.
- Help clients build scalable teams and engineering cultures for long-term success.
- Grow your expertise across diverse industries and technologies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications by writing readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Hands-on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL).
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
- Experience working in Agile teams, including active participation in sprint ceremonies and pair programming.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are required.
