Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and deliver full-stack product features end to end with product managers and engineers.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, with opportunities to work with Go and Rust.
• Develop user-facing applications using React and TypeScript.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Monitor and improve production systems and development workflows.
• Support existing features, contribute to infrastructure changes, engage with early adopters, and participate in strategic planning.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building backend services in Python.
• Experience developing modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and basic infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Docker.
• Ability to work on-site in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience with Go and/or Rust.
