What you will do

• Ship features daily for Operations teams, shaping internal tools and technical direction.
• Build internally facing web applications to support operational efficiency.
• Develop robust automations to help operations scale without relying solely on headcount growth.
• Make intelligent use of AI and LLMs to assist ops agents and improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deploy effective solutions.
• Help re-build and improve existing operational systems and user experiences.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript and a modern JS framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js; primarily React & NextJS).
• Strong engineering principles & practices including design patterns, testing, and clean code.
• Previous experience working in a product-focused team.
• A keen desire to learn and contribute to a highly collaborative team.
• A desire to learn about and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs.

Nice to have

• Use of AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency with SQL and navigating data schemas.
• Experience shipping containerised software with Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Skill with CSS and exposure to Tailwind.
