TL;DR

Customer Success Sales Advisor: Managing customer billing and account enquiries, guiding customers to succeed with products, and contributing to sales and retention targets. Focus on proactive customer engagement, problem-solving, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities through phone support.

Location: Hybrid (Worcester, UK). Remote working is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Fridays. Initial training is full-time from the office. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK. Relocation packages or sponsorship visas are not supported.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for customer billing and account enquiries via phone.
  • Handle customer requests via ticketing system as needed.
  • Provide personalised support to maximise product value.
  • Proactively engage with customers to recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Support sales and retention targets by identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and outcomes in CMS and ticketing systems.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a phone-based role with exposure to a commercial or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide solutions that drive customer success.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Relocation packages or sponsorship visas are not supported.
