What you will do
- Initiate, seek, and qualify new clients through proactive prospecting and strategic networking within the Insurance sector.
- Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to final contract closure.
- Work with the Insight team to build tailored, customer-specific acquisition and data solution strategies.
- Conduct effective client meetings, demonstrating consultative sales expertise, and present data solutions with clarity to senior stakeholders.
- Utilise CRM and other analytic tools to forecast sales, gauge outreach effectiveness, and inform future course correction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Account Management, Pricing/Analytics, Product, Engineering) to scope and meet complex client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling Data Solutions (e.g., market data, risk data, pricing tools, or business intelligence platforms) to B2B clients.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding new business revenue targets.
- Experience working with MEDDPICC methodology.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a proven record of successfully closing high-value contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a matrix organisation.
