TL;DR

Business Development Representative (eCommerce): Developing and securing new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies in the DACH region with an accent on driving business growth and expanding market reach. Focus on understanding customer needs, building a personal brand as an expert, and mastering product expertise in the e-commerce industry.

Location: Must be living in Berlin, or at least within travel distance to our Berlin office, and willing to come to the office minimum two days a week.

Salary: Gross between €3,422 and €3,927 per month based on a 40-hour workweek, plus a 30% performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals, directly impacting business growth in the DACH region.
  • Expand your network within the e-commerce space by attending industry events and hosting roundtables or webinars.
  • Effectively showcase your expertise via social media (e.g., LinkedIn) or at expert events to build a personal brand.
  • Continuously learn about the dynamics of the e-commerce industry and every update in our product tool.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, eCommerce, or digital marketing, or just starting your professional career.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational, communication, storytelling, and listening skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German at a C1-C2 level.
  • Must be living in Berlin or within travel distance, and willing to work from the Berlin office minimum two days a week.
  • Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Ability to speak an additional EU language.
  • Availability to travel at least once per quarter.
