Salary: $145,000–$193,667 USD

What you will do

• Own product or major platform level functionality end to end through the entire software development life cycle.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and deliver world-class cyber-exposure offerings.
• Quantify success metrics for the team and establish attainable goals.
• Communicate to executive leadership and represent hirify.global as a subject matter expert in industry forums.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to define product positioning and core messaging for major launches.
• Drive the product strategy through influence, motivation, and relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Cyber Security industry.
• Expertise in leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to automate vulnerability prioritization, natural language querying, and autonomous remediation workflows.
• Proven track record of taking a product from $0 to $10M+ ARR or managing a portfolio with 1,000+ enterprise customers.
• Solid understanding of CTEM, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Exposures, and Risk.
• Ability to drive the product strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver through the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience with enterprise-level platform architectures (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS), Web Services, and Service-Oriented Architectures (REST APIs).
• Strong experience with hybrid agile development.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS.
• Prior experience in Pen Testing, Application Security, SIEM, XDR, or related cyber security fields.
