Location: Hybrid in Germany (Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart)

What you will do

  • Shape and evolve customer experience services, embedding data, AI, and personalization into design.
  • Lead customer experience engagements, designing and building AI-driven digital products and services.
  • Translate customer and business needs into scalable experience architectures and product roadmaps.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, product, data, and engineering.
  • Champion hirify.global’s perspective on AI-enabled customer experience and support sales growth.
  • Contribute to external thought leadership through talks, writing, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership background in customer experience, digital product, or service design within complex organizations or consulting.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end digital products or services from discovery to continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of how data and AI shape modern customer experiences (personalization, recommendation systems, experimentation).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams combining design, product management, data, and engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern digital product architectures and design systems.
  • Understanding of responsible and ethical use of data and AI in customer-facing products.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate complex experience, data, and AI concepts.
