What you will do
- Own the entire product lifecycle from strategy and development to continuous improvement.
- Drive business performance of the product/solution from launch to discontinuation.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and clinical experts.
- Identify and prioritize market and customer needs, translating them into differentiated offerings.
- Lead user research and usability studies, working with designers, developers, and research teams.
- Drive roadmap and release planning for digital products and solutions, including AI-powered features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ equivalent experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, preferably in the operating room environment.
- Experience with IT Solutions in hospitals in the Operating Room Area.
- Experience in implementing roadmaps and presenting in larger forums.
- English: C1+ (Fluent written and spoken).
