What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from strategy and development to continuous improvement.
• Drive business performance of the product/solution from launch to discontinuation.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and clinical experts.
• Identify and prioritize market and customer needs, translating them into differentiated offerings.
• Lead user research and usability studies, working with designers, developers, and research teams.
• Drive roadmap and release planning for digital products and solutions, including AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ equivalent experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, preferably in the operating room environment.
• Experience with IT Solutions in hospitals in the Operating Room Area.
• Experience in implementing roadmaps and presenting in larger forums.
• English: C1+ (Fluent written and spoken).
