What you will do
- Lead and scale a cross-functional team of over 50 people across UX, product, software development, analytics, and go-to-market.
- Set OKRs and project milestones, prioritize initiatives, and mentor product team members.
- Ensure clarity, consensus, and alignment on Core Experience priorities within hirify.global and Adevinta.
- Actively engage in and contribute to the Product Community at hirify.global and Adevinta.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience leading teams, managing change, and working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, consensus-building, and decision-making with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in digital product management (Discovery and Delivery) in an agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN) and scaling product teams.
- Experience in strategy development and communication with diverse target audiences.
- Fluent in English; conversational German is a plus.
