What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for large organizations' onboarding, team management, and usage scaling.
- Partner with Sales and CSMs to build features that win competitive deals for enterprise customers.
- Define and build the platform strategy for integrating account and team management into new products.
- Identify reusable components and patterns to accelerate enterprise feature development across .
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and measuring business impact.
- Communicate strategy clearly to diverse audiences, from C-suite customers to engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including customer-facing B2B products and platform/internal tooling.
- Strong B2B SaaS domain knowledge, ideally in account management, user/team administration, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience building products used by large enterprises (Fortune 500 scale) with complex organizational structures.
- Proven ability to define product strategy in ambiguous environments, charting a course through uncertainty.
- Platform thinking: understanding internal adoption challenges and building platforms teams want to use.
- Data-informed decision-making, validating hypotheses with evidence while ensuring progress.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, grounded in data and customer insights.
