TL;DR

Product Manager (Logistics, Customer): Building and optimizing customer-facing logistics products with an accent on delivery fee calculation, pricing strategies, and order experience. Focus on driving innovation through data-driven decision-making, large-scale pricing experimentation, and empowering global pricing managers.

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid working model requiring presence in the Berlin campus 2 days a week. Relocation support to Berlin, Germany is available.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements.
  • Champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve pricing strategies.
  • Partner closely with analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features.
  • Become the subject-matter expert for dynamic pricing, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
  • After one year in pricing, dive into other areas of the product line, such as delivery times and vendor availability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.
  • Previously owned product strategy, roadmap, and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams within a complex organization, driving alignment and collaboration.
  • Strong sense of ownership and excel at identifying meaningful patterns and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate at tactical, strategic, and vision levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in addressing pricing and demand steering challenges.
  • Exposure to the last-mile delivery industry.
  • Experience in building and managing internal tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
