Senior Product Manager (Logistics): Leading the pricing domain within the customer-facing logistics product line to define delivery fees and order experiences for over 70 markets with an accent on complex data-driven decision-making and cross-functional strategy. Focus on building scalable pricing automation, managing cross-regional stakeholders, and driving product roadmaps from discovery to execution.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid model, 2 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for pricing and logistics initiatives.
- Drive product vision from discovery to implementation using data-driven insights.
- Partner with analysts and engineers to translate business requirements into impactful features.
- Lead large-scale pricing experimentation and automation efforts to support global growth targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global brands to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on dynamic pricing and demand steering strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in delivering complex data-driven products at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform complex problems into scalable solutions.
- Proven track record of product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders within a complex organizational environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Must be based in or ready to relocate to Berlin to work from our campus 2 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience in pricing, demand steering, or last-mile delivery industries.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Experience in building and managing internal tooling.
