What you will do
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements.
- Champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve pricing strategies.
- Partner closely with analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features.
- Become the subject-matter expert for dynamic pricing, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
- After one year in pricing, dive into other areas of the product line, such as delivery times and vendor availability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
- Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.
- Previously owned product strategy, roadmap, and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams within a complex organization, driving alignment and collaboration.
- Strong sense of ownership and excel at identifying meaningful patterns and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate at tactical, strategic, and vision levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in addressing pricing and demand steering challenges.
- Exposure to the last-mile delivery industry.
- Experience in building and managing internal tools.
- Proficiency in SQL.
