Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid model, 2 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for pricing and logistics initiatives.
• Drive product vision from discovery to implementation using data-driven insights.
• Partner with analysts and engineers to translate business requirements into impactful features.
• Lead large-scale pricing experimentation and automation efforts to support global growth targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global brands to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on dynamic pricing and demand steering strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in delivering complex data-driven products at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform complex problems into scalable solutions.
• Proven track record of product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders within a complex organizational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Must be based in or ready to relocate to Berlin to work from our campus 2 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in pricing, demand steering, or last-mile delivery industries.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience in building and managing internal tooling.
