Location: Flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!

What you will do

• Define and continuously refine the product vision, mission, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and future Live Ops roles.
• Own and improve agile product development processes.
• Build and scale Live Operations capabilities.
• Drive monetization strategies and optimize complex product economies to maximize revenue and profit.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a highly agile scale-up environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing Product teams.
• Strong background in the F2P gaming industry and/or online advertising.
• Proven experience with complex product economies and monetization systems.
• Deep understanding of data analytics and experimentation.
• English: B2 required.
