What you will do
- Create actionable, scalable campaign kits aligned to the Integrated Demand Program (IDP) strategy.
- Set and track campaign-level KPIs that ladder up to IDP KPIs.
- Determine campaign objectives, communication vehicles, content, scheduling, approach, targeting, and mix of strategies.
- Lead execution and generation of marketing content assets (emails, landing pages, social posts, ad copy, banners, content offers).
- Ensure global campaign kits are adapted and localized appropriately for regional execution.
- Support regional and functional marketing teams in deploying campaign kits and developing sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in campaign development, including messaging, execution, and planning.
- Strong understanding of buyer journey stages and messaging frameworks.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events).
- Skilled at working with content, digital, field marketing, and operations teams.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and KPIs, with ability to analyze results and optimize campaigns.
- Must have successfully carried pipeline quotas before.
- AI-first mindset in generating campaign kits and performance measurement.
