What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and optimization of B2B demand generation campaigns for the hirify.global Maplecroft Business Unit.
- Develop always-on content marketing strategies and tailored campaign narratives for defined personas and segments.
- Coordinate, edit, and refine high-quality content including thought leadership assets, landing pages, and sales enablement copy.
- Execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, paid/organic LinkedIn, display, and web using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Define and track campaign KPIs (engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, ROI), analyzing performance to continuously improve results.
- Confidently manage multiple stakeholders (PR, Research, Consulting, Growth, Product, Sales) and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing and integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution in complex, data- or insight-led businesses.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a clear ability to craft persuasive, commercially focused messaging.
- Hands-on experience across core digital channels (email, social, paid media, web) and working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a hybrid (three days per week in office) environment.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, data, technology, risk, or financial services environments.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, ideation and drafting.
- Working knowledge of Marketo, Pardot, HighSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or Demandbase.
- Understanding of SEO and GEO fundamentals and content optimisation.
