What you will do
- Help drive the strategy for organic growth and content distribution across search, AI, social, email, and the website.
- Define and maintain the SEO and AI discovery roadmap, including topic, keyword, and content optimization strategies.
- Own how content functions as an acquisition path in partnership with product marketing and website teams.
- Lead organic growth performance analysis to inform priorities, plans, and investments.
- Develop and maintain partnerships and third-party distribution to grow authority and reach.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into coordinated execution.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience driving awareness for a sophisticated B2B audience.
- Owned large multichannel content or organic growth programs end-to-end.
- Familiarity with the product development domain.
- Strong writing skills with deep expertise across SEO, AI optimization, content repurposing, backlink efforts, and authority-building.
- Experience designing and running an integrated content growth strategy.
- Comfortable leading work across teams that do not report to you and interacting with company leaders.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada and work within North American time zones.
