What you will do
- Sell Oliver’s broad range of marketing solutions and in-house agency services to brands with a turnover of £200m+.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and entire sales cycle from prospect identification to contract implementation.
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies, sales plans, and ABM programs for target industries.
- Create and design bespoke agency solutions for clients, including content, creative, digital, PR, and data & analytics services.
- Develop long-term, profitable relationships with clients and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally selling marketing services, content, design, or creative agency services.
- Proven experience with long sales cycles and creating RFI/RFPs.
- Demonstrated "hunter" sales mentality with a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
- Excellent document creation and sales deck capabilities, coupled with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management, time management skills, and commercial acumen.
- Educated to a graduate level with a consistently high-achieving academic record.
