What you will do
- Manage VIP and strategic client accounts.
- Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth within your assigned portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and coordinate internal resources for VIP clients.
- Act as an escalation owner for high-impact issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing enterprise or VIP accounts.
- Strong commercial and relationship-management skills.
- Background in fintech, payments, or regulated environments is required.
- Proven experience driving net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive and ownership-driven approach.
