TL;DR

Junior Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities with an accent on lead qualification and conversion to meetings. Focus on leveraging sales tech stack for multi-channel outreach and improving targeting/messaging in collaboration with sales and marketing.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Bucharest, Romania

Salary: 4,000–5,000 RON/net per month

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company from Finland, specializing in procurement analytics for global brands like Levi's and Carlsberg.

What you will do

  • Research, qualify, and proactively reach out to target accounts through cold outreach methods.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into sales meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to continuously improve targeting and messaging.
  • Leverage sales technologies for multi-channel outreach and automation.
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists and update CRM with account intelligence.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience from studies or internships is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong desire for professional growth and continuous development.
  • Expected to be based in Bucharest.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in SaaS, enterprise sales, or the software industry.
  • Experience with sales technologies like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of procurement and/or supply chain management.
