TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Generating sales and driving revenue within an assigned territory, collaborating with channel sales and partners to identify and close new business. Focus on maximizing coverage, consistently achieving individual and team quotas, and maintaining the CRM system.

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania. Applicants must be permanently located in Romania.

What you will do

  • Generate sales within an assigned territory.
  • Drive business and technical benefits aligned with end-user requirements from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead generation lists.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrate organizations with hirify.global products.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to continued growth by consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Team up with channel sales and system engineers for territory planning and execution.
  • Update and maintain the hirify.global CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (combination of education and experience considered).
  • Proficient level of English (C1+) is required for communication and correspondence.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships with different types of persons.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.

Nice to have

  • French or Portuguese language skills.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
