TL;DR

Account Executive (Inside Sales): Selling hirify.global's data and AI solutions to organizations through collaboration with the channel sales team and partners, with an accent on prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales. Focus on maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with hirify.global products.

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania. Must be permanently located in Romania.

What you will do

  • Generate sales within assigned territory.
  • Drive key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers.
  • Maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrate organizations with hirify.global products.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
  • Maintain the hirify.global CRM system (salesforce.com).

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficient level of English.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
