TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads for the sales organization with an accent on identifying and engaging buying group members and managing sales activities in CRM. Focus on meeting monthly KPIs, developing product knowledge, and fostering strong collaboration with sales teams.

Location: Office-based in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

  • Generate new demand (opportunities with buying group members attached) for the sales organization to pursue.
  • Qualify marketing-generated demand against established criteria before passing to account executives.
  • Discover, validate, and reach out to additional personas or members of a buying group.
  • Nurture predetermined groups of prospects using multiple touch tactics or cadences.
  • Track and manage account info, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of hirify.global Software and related products.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM).
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone).

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience, ideally of high-tech products/services.
  • Outbound calling and/or Revenue Development Representative experience.
  • Technical education and technology understanding of storage backup and cloud backup.
  • Social media and social selling best practices.
