What you will do

  • Own entire commercial relationships from prospecting to closing new potential clients and managing them in their first months with hirify.global.
  • Identify, qualify, and outbound potential clients.
  • Dedicate 50% of your time to pipeline generation and 50% to negotiating business terms.
  • Demonstrate product value to potential customers using a consultative approach.
  • Manage personal quotas and forecast deal cycle timelines and anticipated contract values.
  • Partner with the Customer Engagement Team to ensure seamless hand-off for new clients.
  • Utilize automation and AI to improve client touchpoints and streamline the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Executive, SaaS sales, SDR, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of managing a high volume of deals and meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a regionalized timezone.
  • Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Proven success navigating small organizations and identifying decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage short sales processes with low touchpoints.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and resilience in a changing market.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
