What you will do
- Own entire commercial relationships from prospecting to closing new potential clients and managing them in their first months with hirify.global.
- Identify, qualify, and outbound potential clients.
- Dedicate 50% of your time to pipeline generation and 50% to negotiating business terms.
- Demonstrate product value to potential customers using a consultative approach.
- Manage personal quotas and forecast deal cycle timelines and anticipated contract values.
- Partner with the Customer Engagement Team to ensure seamless hand-off for new clients.
- Utilize automation and AI to improve client touchpoints and streamline the sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Executive, SaaS sales, SDR, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of deals and meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work autonomously in a regionalized timezone.
- Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proven success navigating small organizations and identifying decision-makers.
- Ability to manage short sales processes with low touchpoints.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and resilience in a changing market.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
