What you will do
- Architect the GTM Playbook, defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows to ensure precise execution.
- Drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration, securing key accounts to unlock the market.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, focusing on their KPIs, career growth, and extreme ownership.
- Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering, translating publisher needs into product strategy.
- Define operational rituals of success including qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting for transparent deal health.
Requirements
- Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales while simultaneously managing a team of 2–5 people.
- Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch, experimenting with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests.
- Strong strategic communication skills to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for major game studios.
- Experience in high-stakes leadership, providing candid feedback, addressing performance, and keeping multi-geo teams engaged.
- Operational rigor, being a power user of CRM data and committed to pipeline hygiene.
