What you will do

• Act as the primary executive contact for hirify.global’s most strategic partners, building and nurturing long-term relationships with C-level executives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR ecosystem, focusing on the shifting UA landscape for export gaming and domestic apps.
• Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline hygiene, and team KPIs to ensure aggressive revenue targets are met.
• Act as the “Voice of GCR” for the Product team, identifying local market needs and working closely with HQ in Germany.
• Partner with the Marketing team to elevate hirify.global’s brand through thought leadership, industry events, and executive networking.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the GCR Demand Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AdTech/Mobile UA, with a deep understanding of the GCR export market.
• 4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
• Proven track record of building trust and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential for collaboration with global offices).
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
