TL;DR

Senior Strategic Account Manager: Building strong relationships with major UK dealerships and driving sales growth using hirify.global's products and services, with an accent on value proposition tailoring and complex corporate account engagement. Location: Hybrid in the UK, requiring regular travel to the London office and to dealers across the UK. Preference for candidates based near the Midlands due to dealer network concentration.

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives at major UK dealerships.
  • Tailor hirify.global's value proposition and achieve sales growth targets.
  • Introduce additional products and services to boost dealer sales.
  • Act as the “voice of the dealer” internally to inform product improvements.
  • Utilize data and materials to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Drive engagement through pipeline management and solution prioritization.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development.
  • Proven track record of sustained sales growth across partner accounts.
  • Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and C-suite/board-level corporate account engagement.
  • Deep product/service understanding and ability to become an expert.
  • Experience leading and working cross-functionally across various teams.
  • Ability to contribute insightful ideas to internal business priorities.
  • Work from the UK, with regular travel to the London office and to dealers across the UK required.
