What you will do
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using phone, CRM, outreach software, and social media.
- Acquire new and existing customers within the DACH market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, learning about their business challenges.
- Work with Account Executives to fill the sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
- Research and build client relationships, adding contacts, sending emails, and making strategic calls.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at prospective clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken German, Polish, and English.
- Ability to create a strong first impression and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Motivation to research and build new and existing client relationships.
- Comfortable having high-level conversations with senior executives.
- Ability to travel to on-site client and marketing events as needed.
