TL;DR

Location: Hybrid position based in Berlin, Germany, requiring regular office visits.

Salary: Up to €50,000 base salary (up to €60,000 OTE)

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using phone, CRM, outreach software, and social media.
  • Acquire new and existing customers within the DACH market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, learning about their business challenges.
  • Work with Account Executives to fill the sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and build client relationships, adding contacts, sending emails, and making strategic calls.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken German, Polish, and English.
  • Ability to create a strong first impression and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Motivation to research and build new and existing client relationships.
  • Comfortable having high-level conversations with senior executives.
  • Ability to travel to on-site client and marketing events as needed.

Nice to have

  • CRM experience.
  • Inside sales and business acquisition experience.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry.
