Focus on driving new business, creating customized offers, and organizing work processes effectively.

Location: Hybrid work based in Cologne, Germany, with an option to work temporarily from another location within Europe (Workation).

What you will do

  • Inspire new B2B customers through the entire sales cycle, from the first phone call to contract conclusion.
  • Conduct cold calls and needs-analysis to offer effective SaaS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Create customized offers and successfully conclude contracts.
  • Organize your work processes in a way that suits you best.
  • Actively contribute ideas and sales approaches, sharing experience and knowledge with your team.

Requirements

  • Ambition and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Business fluent German (C1) in written and spoken communication.
  • Professional experience in cold calling in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with sales techniques including needs-analysis, objection handling, and closing.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to help others.
