TL;DR

Lead Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Sets the direction for one or more of Zopa's key product domains, shaping propositions, narratives, and go-to-market strategies that drive meaningful customer and commercial impact, with an accent on product positioning, strategic influence, and end-to-end campaign leadership. Focus on owning product marketing strategy across a complex product portfolio, embedding with product and design teams, and raising the bar for product marketing practices.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week in the London office. Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for a complex product domain or portfolio.
  • Define clear positioning, propositions, and messaging frameworks across products.
  • Act as the senior product marketing voice in product strategy discussions.
  • Embed with Product Directors and Design Leads to ensure marketable products by design.
  • Lead high-stakes or high-complexity launches end-to-end, setting the go-to-market approach.
  • Act as a role model and multiplier for the wider PMM team, sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in product marketing within a product-led, customer-centric business (B2C, fintech or adjacent).
  • Owned product marketing for complex products or portfolios, not just single launches.
  • Strong skills in strategy, positioning, and clear, compelling copy and narrative.
  • Comfortable influencing senior product and marketing leaders.
  • Naturally thinks end-to-end, from early product shaping through GTM and post-launch optimization.
  • Ability to work 2-3 days a week in the London office.
