Senior Solutions Engineer (Medtech)

Senior Solutions Engineer (Medtech): Collaborating with sales and product teams to present an EHS+ SaaS platform to prospective clients with an accent on understanding client needs, preparing targeted demonstrations, and responding to RFPs. Focus on acting as a subject matter expert in Health Solutions and driving sales win rates.

Location: Remote (United States, Canada). Travel is required to deliver onsite demonstrations, attend trade shows, and other functions.

What you will do

• Identify client needs during discovery sessions.
• Prepare targeted demonstration scripts, environments, and sales content.
• Give effective product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents.
• Work with the internal product team to steer feature and function development.
• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert internally for Health Solutions, supporting peers and mentoring junior SEs.

Requirements

• EHS+ Industry or software experience with Healthcare solutions (Occupational Health, Employee Health, Ergonomics) is required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills and understanding of strategic selling techniques.
• Excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills with a polished executive presence.
• University education at bachelor’s level or higher.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with configuring software and an understanding of relational database management systems.
• Experience in Healthcare software in a delivery, sales, or consulting role.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Multi-lingual skills.
