What you will do

  • Manage and close high-value B2B deals with strategic accounts and clinic groups across Europe.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery calls, demos, presentations, and commercial agreement negotiation.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Deliver against individual revenue targets and contribute to territory development and market expansion.
  • Act as a reference for sales execution and support knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in Europe.
  • Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or other specialized markets.
  • Strong background in consultative, value-based selling with enterprise or multi-site customers.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong hunter mentality, disciplined pipeline management, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Nice to have

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading colleagues.
  • Additional European languages.
  • Experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical sector.
  • Exposure to partner or channel sales.
