What you will do
- Manage and close high-value B2B deals with strategic accounts and clinic groups across Europe.
- Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery calls, demos, presentations, and commercial agreement negotiation.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Deliver against individual revenue targets and contribute to territory development and market expansion.
- Act as a reference for sales execution and support knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in Europe.
- Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or other specialized markets.
- Strong background in consultative, value-based selling with enterprise or multi-site customers.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong hunter mentality, disciplined pipeline management, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading colleagues.
- Additional European languages.
- Experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical sector.
- Exposure to partner or channel sales.
