Salary: Fully Remote: $85,000–$95,000 USD Annually; Hybrid: $102,000–$114,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models for self-service access to key metrics.
- Enable data-driven decisions by translating business needs into appropriate analytical tools and metrics.
- Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Advanced-level SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.
- Adept at translating complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting to executives.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., RCM, provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS).
