Location: This role offers both fully remote and hybrid options. Hybrid work requires onsite presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub locations. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year for company and department offsites. Candidates must be based in the US.

Salary: Fully Remote: $85,000–$95,000 USD Annually; Hybrid: $102,000–$114,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models for self-service access to key metrics.
• Enable data-driven decisions by translating business needs into appropriate analytical tools and metrics.
• Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Advanced-level SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.
• Adept at translating complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting to executives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., RCM, provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS).
