Location: Remote within the US (specific states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA) or onsite in Downtown Brooklyn. Optional in-person team retreats a few times per year.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Build and own internal tools to automate core back-office and post-enrollment workflows.
• Manage key operational partner relationships, including FMOs and carrier contracting.
• Utilize tools like Amplitude, Metabase, and SQL to understand and improve hirify.global’s funnel.
• Support compliance filings, incident response, and enrollment QA, automating processes where possible.
• Contribute to the operations roadmap and annual planning processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a startup, management consultancy, or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Background in operations, analytics, or product is preferred.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets experience.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Metabase.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in insurtech, Medicaid/Medicare, or insurance brokerages is a plus.
