Salary: $220,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and client-centricity.
• Transition from manual, ad-hoc reporting to a scalable, automated architecture for client-facing data products.
• Design and build self-service tools and standardized templates for high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Act as the lead consultant for high-value custom analytics requests, translating complex business questions into structured projects.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Data Science team to ensure data integrity and alignment on KPIs.

Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project-lead capacity.
• Strong command of SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
• Proven track record of automating repetitive tasks and scaling reporting workflows.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients with clarity.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to transfer an active visa if applicable.

• Experience with Python or R.
