What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and client-centricity.
- Transition from manual, ad-hoc reporting to a scalable, automated architecture for client-facing data products.
- Design and build self-service tools and standardized templates for high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as the lead consultant for high-value custom analytics requests, translating complex business questions into structured projects.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Data Science team to ensure data integrity and alignment on KPIs.
Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project-lead capacity.
- Strong command of SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven track record of automating repetitive tasks and scaling reporting workflows.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients with clarity.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to transfer an active visa if applicable.

- Experience with Python or R.
