Growth Development Representative (Product-led Growth): Driving qualified meetings and user signups by bridging product-led growth and enterprise sales, with an accent on optimizing outbound campaigns and leveraging inbound leads. Focus on developing new outreach methods, improving GDR efficiency, and creatively enhancing conversion rates.
Location: Fully remote (work from anywhere)

What you will do
- Achieve quarterly goals for qualified meetings from diverse inbound lead sources (paid, organic, free signup, Open Source).
- Develop and optimize outbound campaigns to generate interest, user signups, and qualified sales meetings.
- Continuously refine target audiences, sales cadences, and pitches for optimal results.
- Improve Growth Development Representative (GDR) efficiency by implementing new tools and investigating novel outreach methods, including AI.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to enhance top-of-funnel conversion.
- Maintain and improve data quality in the CRM and provide insights into sales development activities.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Metrics-driven with an analytical approach to solving business problems.
- Experience building multi-threaded campaigns across mid-enterprise organizations.
- Creative and strategic approach to generating qualified leads.
- Ability and drive to interact with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Attio, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Nice to have
- Experience with Enterprise sales or data/analytics industry exposure.
