What you will do

• Consult on forward planning, strategy, and feasibility for creative ideas before client sharing.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, driving collaboration and accountability from initial scope to final delivery.
• Educate clients and teams on the benefits and limitations of AI-driven approaches.
• Develop project plans and realistic schedules, flagging risks and solutions, and managing communication with creative teams.
• Oversee medium-scale still and moving image shoots, coordinating crew, AI tools, locations, and props.
• Facilitate integration of Generative AI tools and workflows into creative and production processes.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and producing still and moving image content, with exposure to both agency and production environments.
• Strong understanding of how to integrate AI tools into production workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI technologies to clients and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strong network in the UK and international markets.
