Salary: £78,000 - £90,000 per annum

What you will do
- Manage scoping, design, and delivery of Vehicle and Subject Recognition pilots and full-scale rollouts for various customer scales.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for LPR and FR systems, covering on-camera and on-premise deployment models.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, assisting the commercial team with RFPs and technical value propositions.
- Collaborate with engineering to optimize deployments, troubleshoot network/hardware issues, and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Manage relationships with hardware/software suppliers and external integrators to ensure smooth system maintenance.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation of recognition modules.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technical programs and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working within a product organization and a growth-stage business environment.
- Ability to operate autonomously with high accountability for project delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to align technical domain knowledge with business objectives.
- Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid flexible working model.
- A background in Engineering is considered a significant advantage.
