Full-Cycle Recruiter (Contract): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent for a digital health company with an accent on developing effective and inclusive hiring strategies and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Focus on leveraging data to improve recruiting efficiency and collaborating across the People and Talent Acquisition team.

Location: This position is a hybrid contract role, with at least 2 days per week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office.

Salary: $55-$60/hour

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects hirify.global’s values and mission.
• Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the broader People and Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, and excellence across hiring practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization.
• Extensive experience with ATS and scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners.
• Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
