What you will do
- Establish, standardize, and refine recruiting processes using tools like Greenhouse ATS to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Successfully hire top-tier technical talent across engineering, product, and data teams, meeting annual and quarterly hiring goals.
- Own the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from role scoping and job description development through sourcing, interview coordination, and offer execution.
- Build and sustain high-quality technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interview design and market conditions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, HR, and Marketing to support hiring priorities and strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on technical hiring (e.g., software engineering, product management, data science).
- Experience using Greenhouse or a similar ATS to manage recruiting operations.
- Hands-on experience sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding technical hiring goals in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
