Salary: $152,000–$209,000 (USD)

• Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex Sales roles.
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Architect and improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks.
• Analyze recruiting funnel data and drive process improvements.
• Evaluate and elevate candidate experience.
• Strategically develop and amplify employment branding initiatives, leading diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively manage tasks and priorities.
• Ability to analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
