What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans for Sweden and Nordic regions.
• Drive sales to achieve revenue targets for hirify.global's Enterprise service plan.
• Create compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of direct B2B selling experience to Enterprise / Large customers.
• Significant experience and a network in Sweden.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Understanding of Cloud, Security, computer networks, and how the Internet works.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms.
• Hunter / Builder mentality with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
